PAID FOR A ITEM TO BE DELIVERED, GAVE THEM DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT AND A MONTH LATER TOLD THERE IS A SURCHARGE OF £51 BECAUSE IT WAS OVERWEIGHT
MONEY WAS TAKEN STRAIGHT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
