Throughout the years I have spent a substantial amount of money on jewelry between all the stores in my mall and at this particular location in the Galleria mall in middletown NY customer service has gone down the drain.. I currently have a piece that has the diamond bond on it and i have to bring it in every six months ... ohh how I wish I didnt have to step foot in there that often.. Everytime I go in I get more and more frustrated... A few months back I had gone in to purchase two items one for my mother and one for my girlfriend. I had watched at least three people come in after me and leave before me either completing a purchase or making a payment of some sort as I stood there by the counter near the items I intended on purchasing with employees looking at me ... With that being said after standing in this store for almost an hour with no assistance I had finally gotten someone's attention and purchased the two items and left. Then again less than a month ago I went in to have my one item inspected for the diamond bond and didn't even offer to clean my pieces until i told my girlfriend ( out loud ) that I guess I would clean her diamond and ruby earrings when we got home, again the employee then states that I can have whatever items I want cleaned ... Everyone in that store is rude if your not a middle aged person looking at a engagement ring or wedding ring .. They could careless and to prove they dont care I have since filled out a survey as well as contacted the main office via the website and have gotten no response..

If you don't mind bad customer service feel free . In my opinion I will begin to shop elsewhere !

Im not going on 3 years with these over priced, over rated junk appliances ... Right around the year mark I had to have the Touch screen on my stove replaced and the heating element and pump in my dishwasher replaced ... After the replacement of the screen in my stove it hasnt been right since.. It will no fluctuate in temperature so much that it will either not cook or burn something if you are baking .. Temp will be set at 350 and it will drop to 290 then shoot up to almost 400 degrees ... They tried to tell me that that was acceptable and thats the way an oven works ... I call bs. I have worked in kitchens for over 13 years never have I had an oven fluctuate like that ! Now the dishwasher will not drain all the time and the over the range micro which is supposed to vent outside flings grease and stuff all over my cabinets and the top piece that opens on the micro has no broken about 4 times .... No one at Jenn Air gives a squat about the issues and the warranty company is a joke.. They send this unprofessional rep out to my house who never has the parts you need or says nothing is wrong with it ... Of course he will say nothing is wrong with it her works for Jenn Air....
Absolute garbage .. I will not buy Jenn Air again and I would recommend anyone looking for appliances to do the same !

If there was an option for no stars thats how I would rate this joke of a company... I placed and order and it was for a built to order part. I was quoted two to three weeks on the part. I said ok no problem. One month goes by, I check to see whats going on with my order, it had gotten delayed another week.. ( no biggie ) Another week and a half goes by still no update on shipping i check with crapid again delayed another two weeks... SO now im two months in to waiting for my parts the finnaly arrive may first but the boxes have been beat up pretty bad and the driver requested i check the items. After an inspection of the items that I paid over $800 for i had to refuse the shipment because they were damaged.. I have now been in the process of fighting with them to get a replacement item made and shipped . Since my enitial purchase it has been over 3months.. customer service seems to be out sourced... STAY CLEAR FRIENDS

Tip for consumers: STAY AWAY AND JUST ORDER THE PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER
