I can't say enough about Bikesdirect.com. They are the best. The quality of the bikes is fantastic for the price. And the customer service is just great. Over the years I have bought quite a few bikes from them, and every once in a while there is a question or a problem with a little shipping damage. Their customer service representative, Larry, is really helpful. He will walk you through a fix, or refund your money for any part that you may have to buy. He is just wonderful. Five stars? If you had six or seven, I would give Bikesdirect.com all of those. Again, you can't go wrong with Bikesdirect.com!
Tip for consumers:
I always have FedEx ship the box to one of their stores. That way there is fewer people handling the bike, and I don't have to wait for the bike to be delivered to my house. I just go to the store and pick up the bike.
