Bought a coupon from Groupon for a canvas print from this company. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I contacted the company by e-mail the next day to try to cancel the order.
No luck. Was told that their automated system gets things into production too quickly. Then I get the email from the order saying that their normal production time is "7 to 15 days"!
It is almost 30 days since the order and still not delivery of the print. Not that it really matters since it will be wrong for the use.
Seems to me that if the queue is at least 7 days long (and is probably longer given the lack of any shipping notice) the company should be able to cancel an order. Guess they just wanted my money, not my future business!
