I've tried everything i possibly can to give this company my money for an account for 3 weeks now. Followed all of their compliance guidelines, opened multiple accounts JUST FOR THIS WEBSITE in which all payments for the account were denied. I sent them a detailed message stating what the issue was and they just tell me to use the cryptocurrency (which i just opened 3 different accounts all of which are approved by their website) to prevent this in the future. I'm not sure how people are supposed to be able to make purchases if the company won't take their money. I will be searching for a different middleman company that is a little more willing to accept my money.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and I'm sorry for the frustration you had. I was able to check and it seems your account information is in order. Your payment isn't going through most likely due to any of the following reasons:
1.) You were unable to check and reply back to the verification request we sent you via email; this one is sent to the email address associated with your payment account, which could be different to the email address associated with your PlayerAuctions account.
2.) Your payment account has a different name compared to the name in your PlayerAuctions account. You will need to use a payment account that has the exact name as the one in your PlayerAuctions account, or if you're using an incorrect name on your PA account, you may email trust@playerauctions.zendesk.com to request for a name change.
