“Never received order”

I placed an order on 7/15/18 and never received it. I asked about it on Facebook(because their website was down) and was told they would look into it... crickets. I also followed up with emails and tried to call number listed for them several times. The phone is never answered and you receive a message saying voice mailbox is full.
