Purchased pink roses specifically for the visual it would add to my product. They came a muted (rather faded) brown. Useless. The offered to accept the return (at my shipping expense). That is a flipping joke because the shipping is more that the cost of the product.
Their products are usually good but the shipping is absurd. I accept it due to my business but there are now very competent competitors with similar costs and more reasonable shipping (in the same state).
Take care and i will buy when I must - but otherwise - I'm good.

Hi Stephanie, unfortunately we don't have much wiggle room when it comes to our shipping prices. As far as the pink rose petals, each harvest of product is different and no batch will be identical in color. The shade of pink may vary but will not be a brown color.
