They sent the wrong dress; looked nothing like the dress i ordered which was over £200. When I asked for a refund they refused and said I "should forget the subtle errors they made". Also, breaches advertising standards agency laws by pretending to be a British company when it is a Far East company. Would put lower than a 1 if I could
