Similar to all of the other deal sites. But, I like how livingsocial offers up to 20% discounts from time to time. If you are patient, just wait for a deal to come up before purchasing the deal!

It's the website the realtors tell you to look at to get the best ratings for schools. Helpful when you are figuring out where to buy/rent a home.

I am surprised Yelp's rating is low. I always use it when I am trying to find a new restaurant or even trying to decide what to try at a new place. Their "highlights" have kind of gone down hill. It's not so helpful, when you highlight words like "bar," "music," or "brunch." They used to be more specific recommendations for good dishes to order... hence only 4 stars. Also, did you notice how some of the reviews are hidden at the bottom... down to 3 stars now.

SiteJabber is my go-to-site for when I am considering using a new website. It's like Yelp for websites... speaking of which, I should write a review of for Yelp!

This site often has a groupon and you just cannot beat the price - $60 for two 16x20 prints. Shipping was included. The prints looked fine (might not be the best, but I don't have anything to compare).

Another flash travel deal site. The deals seem pretty good. But, you must act fast because a lot of times they will sell out quickly.

I love Netflix. I have discovered so many new shows that I have come to love. Yes - I am about 1-2 seasons behind everyone else (because the latest seasons are not on the website yet.) However, for $9 a month, it is way cheaper than cable. If it were not for sports, I think I could convince my husband to get rid of cable all together.

Booking tends to have some of the smaller B&Bs not found in the larger sites. I like the website layout how they show you a lot of pictures.

Its very similar to many of the other travel sites. I think it because they often offer deals I cannot get else where. For instance, I booked a room in Cabo and they gave me $50 off. Pretty good!

A real estate website. According to my real estate agent, its one of the better, more reliable ones. Great way to get a sense of the market, but you are probably better off getting the MLS, since its more official.

I have been using them for the last 5 years. Overall I think their phone and in personal representatives are very nice and well informed. Most importantly, I trust them.

The Italo is one of the private trains that runs through Italy. There is an English version. The only downside is you have to know the names of the train stations, it doesn't tell you the city. For instance, Naples = Napoli C. You pay in Euros. To me it seems www.trenitalia.com has slightly cheaper prices.

Great way to create documents that are stored on the "cloud" and that allows collaboration with multiple people. It doesn't allow you to do everything that Microsoft Office does, but its free!

I have never had a bad experience with BOA. I like how their banks and ATMs are ubiquitous (at least where I live in the Bay Area). Whenever I have gone in to speak to a representative they have always been very nice!

It's an off shoot of Gilt.com. It is more geared towards experiences, like Groupon, but trying to appeal to a more "refined" clientele. I have liked some of the things I have bought, but there is a strict NO REFUND policy. That kind of stinks!

Great selection of cards. Prints fast and great quality. They also have a professional "artist" review the card before you print (I didn't find it really necessary as I could have done it on my own). My only gripe is the price. I used a coupon for Gilt City (they have them every few months), but I feel like it is way to expensive without it! That is why I am only giving three stars.

I purchased a Living Social deal. I contacted them through e-mail and they said that they deal was no longer valid, but they would offer me a cleaning for that same price. And, to sweeten the deal they would even clean my bathtub for no additional charge (really!? Bathtub cleaning is not standard?). Anyway, I said okay, let me know what dates are available and they still haven't contacted me back now 3 weeks later. The whole company seems shady and disorganized.
