I ordered two laybags in the beginning of November as I am taking a vacation to SE Asia in January. I have not received either item and have received no answers or contact from the company. I have paid for the items and paid for shipping as well and I could understand a delay in a hired shipping company due to strikes, increased service or etc. According to the tracking number my items have not even been shipped. If they were not in stock when I ordered them then I should have been notified when I placed my order that they were on back order or given an estimated time of delivery. I don't understand what is going on or why I am not receiving my answers or product. I would not recommend shopping or trusting this company. There are so many inflatable bags on the market to choose from. Read reviews and select a company that is trusted. I trusted the company only based on the marketing and believed that a company that floods social media with adds has money and inventory to back it up. I was wrong.
