CANADIAN CONSUMERS BEWARE - Aldo is using UPS to ship to you, which hands off packages to Canada Post once they arrive in our country. This is resulting in HUGE delays in getting your items. I ordered a pair of sandals on May 20th that have not yet left their facility, and it is June 16. From there it gets worse - Canada Post tells me there is at least a 5-6 week delay in getting orders out once they get them. So my sandals will likely not arrive at my house until August. I asked Aldo for a refund given all of this, and they refused. Yes, the delays are due to COVID, but Aldo has a duty to be honest with its consumers and tell them that there will be a massive delay in getting items out to you. Their website only says "some delays" in shipping are happening - that is not honest at all. It's more like you order something and get it 2.5 months later.
