I love the designs and prices that Sofamania offers and despite a great number of negative reviews, I read some positive ones and I was hopeful. I ordered a chair on 11/3, FedEx received the shipping information about 3 days later and then nothing for about 3 weeks. No contact from the company until I received an email that my money was refunded. When I contacted customer service they said sorry your item was damaged during shipment and now it's not in stock anymore. Sorry. One, FedEx never even got the chair, two, the website says it's still in stock. Very disappointed. At least I was refunded but this business is not a place you want to purchase from. You're better off going to Ikea or anywhere else. I reported my complaint to BBB.
Hello, I do apologize about the overall experience, and would be more than glad to look into what exactly happened. If you were informed the item is out of stock, but the site shows the item, there may be a possibly the item is available to order, but should state ships within 2-4 weeks.
