I have orders that have been pending delivery for over a month, and the customer service department simply does not care. I have been an Adoreme customer for years, but at this point, I am disgusted with the lack of service and do not recommend purchasing their products. The "customer service" team is apathetic and extremely unhelpful stating that there's nothing they can do and the matter cannot be escalated. I've spoken to at least three offshore reps. They deserve zero stars.
