They pop up right next to your actual hospital gift shop, so it is very easy to mistake them for the gift shop at the hospital, then, since they cannot deliver due to Covid, they send an email saying they will be happy to give me gift car, re-route the flowers to the patients home or issue a store credit for up to a year. NO MENTION of refunding my money until I complained, then they said it will take 3-5 days for a refund. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
