Bought a clock cam & a thermometer on April 9th 2013, received them in a bubble rap bag on April 18th without any instructions on neither of them! Did a request for it on their site on the 19th and received an English copy (I'm French) for the clock on the 22nd telling me that he is contacting is supplier to get the one for the Thermo. In the end on the 5th of May I did found the very same thermo sold in France, send an e-mail asking for the instruction and received it the next day, without even having purchased anything from them! That is service Gabriel! My last e-mail to them was April 27 with no response since then. The cameras were not timed properly, one was set on year 2023 and the other one was 2008. I did figure it out with help from YouTube but not from Mr Mongeau. Sorry, but this is what I call bad service!
