As well as the others I had a horrible experience with Tidebuy. It's totally a scam. It helped to threaten with taking legal actions. Maybe I can help this "community" with providing their phone number and addresses:

Tip for consumers:
Annoy them with sending a ton of emails and ask them questions again and again. The people there do not tell the same stuff. Ask them why. When you broke them, threaten them with taking legal actions.
