I cancelled my show today since no one has gotten back to me AT ALL! I am so pissed at you guys and you have no professional business running. How is it no one gets back to you after 7 emails now? My personal computer tech Neil sent you an email asking for help and after 5 days no one still has got back to him or me! I want to insure you will not be charging my credit card for $14/month for any kind of products you have.
I'd like to know what kind of $#*!ing business runs an internet radio show and has no software download to run your program, it has no indication with a step by step process to get started. There is no help what so ever to get anything or any kind of help from your side. This for me is truly the "$#*!-iest" program and businesses I've seen in a very long time that has no customer service what so ever!
One last time... DO NOT CHARGE my credit card for anything or any products from shoutcast. I am going to leave you guys the nastiest Google review there is. I had everything setup to run my show; spend well over $2,000 to get started with proper gear and DJ stuff. Now I have to run elsewhere and get an actual company to help run my DJ internet show. This email is to protect me and proof of many requests (6 of them) to get help and got nothing in my 7 days FREE TRIAL.
I am going to seek help on knowing why no one gets back to you from shoutcast. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and put in a complaint as well as Consumer protection to insure you have a proper setup for the future. You have no telephone number to call you and none of my emails were answered. CAN YOU BELIEVE I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL FROM YOU GUYS! BUT! IT WAS TO ADVISE ME YOU WILL BE CHARGING ME SOON FROM MY 7 DAYS FREE TRIAL WAS UP SOON. Go figure huh?
Your company is going to get a rude awakening! Thank god for Google reviews, at least I can tell the world on how you really operate when DJ show hosts want to give you money, I guess I was not worth it was I?
