I bought a Nintendo Gamecube Wavebird controller for 80 euros, its status said "excellent conditions", but... the controller arrived a couple of days late (not a big deal to me, if I hadn't paid 15 euros for a delivery from Marseille to Milan that was advertised as "within 48 hours"), and the two joypads were damaged: the C stick was badly scratched and somehow "repaired" with some yellow rubber attached to a side of it, and the grey stick, besides being dirty underneath its "head", is deformed. I replaced the parts myself (luckily I had a tri-wing screwdriver with me, and a broken controller to cannibalise), and again, it's not a big deal (the controller has been working perfectly so far), but I can't say I'm happy with all the money I spent. Customer service seems efficient, though: as I'm writing this message, they're offering to refund the delivery. As much as I appreciate it, I would have preferred a little more attention in the details beforehand. As I wrote, I spent 80 euros for an 18-year-old used controller that should've been in much better conditions for its pricetag. UPDATE: today I received a complete refund! I didn't expect that at all, their support was impeccable. So, my review goes from three to five stars! As I'm into retrogaming, I'll probably pay them another visit very soon. Thank you!
