I ordered an electric fireplace with insert from this website after searching and pricing for days. I received the mantel for the fireplace, but never the insert or the remote. I have tried to chat with them on their website and get no answer. I have emailed and called numerous times and still do no have the insert. I don't think the company is actually located in the US and I think these people are scam artists. Don't waste your money.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. Although the money was taken out of my account, no flowers arrived, and since the 17th, the company has still not refunded me, which obviously, now that I know this is an internet scam, I realize I won't get it back. I encourage anyone effected to go to the FBI website and file what's called an ICC complaint form, it is for fraudulent websites such as this, that are set up to steal money and victimize people. Go to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/splash.aspx and file your complaint with the FBI. This person or person responsible for this, needs to be held accountable. Enough people have been taken advantage of. This is not a legitimate company. Use your hard earned money, elsewhere.
