After about 50 tries i finally got an order in. The shopper delivered the order and i failed to unpack and check the items a big error. The shopper bought two frozen dinners i didn't order. I can't return the Wrong food, because the shopper fails to deliver the store receipt. I received a prompt refund, but had to deal with two poor TV diners. To save another trip to the store, I placed a 2nd order the next week. It took three days to get a shopper. This woman marked my milk found and I can only assume it was purchased. But it was not in my bags so it must have ended up in her car trunk. I marked no substitutions on the other items and there weren't any. I also had to guide the woman to my condo building since she got lost. Instacart refunded the items not found, but not the milk. There were two charges pending on my credit card which I'll have to monitor, another problem to deal with. My feedback to them was not kind. No one answers phone calls. So beware, "you pays your money and you takes your chances".
