I also bought Builders Club and I could keep the items I got that were BC only once it expired! The place slot limit was reduced though but it wasn't reduced back to 1 like I expected it to be, it was reduced to 5. The purchases I made were received instantly. The moderators are also very kind.

I bought membership and that was one of the biggest mistakes I made. You couldn't use the items you bought while you had the membership and the game just tells you the most obvious thing like "click this door to go to blah blah blah!". I understand this is for extremely young children but I'm pretty sure they could learn by theirselves... Most of the games are copied. I got my membership instantly though...

I bought premium membership and then I got bored of Fantage so I stopped playing it. When I came back I noticed my premium membership still existed even though it was supposed to expire. Then I noticed that Fantage was charging my credit card each month without my permission for my membership! I am very outraged. Then I noticed the premium-only items I got couldn't be accessed anymore once I cancelled my membership and I was even more outraged. I do not recommend this!
