I will never be booking with these people again! I spent 90 minutes on a call with 3 different Philipinos who could barely speak English, trying to change my return flight. In the end, they were telling me they would have to cancel my outbound flight first, in order to reprice the return to see about a price difference, but they were saying there were no more seats on my outbound, so they couldn't help me. I tried to tell them, I don't need 2 more seats on the same outbound flight, because I already had my seats booked. I went around and around in circles and got nowhere! What a waste of my Friday night! Going forward, I will be booking with the airlines directly. Lesson learned.
