First, I am shocked that you don't offer a veteran's discount, especially on large orders. Second, I was told through chat that to sign up for the newsletter to get 10% of my order. I signed up, got the code, but when I typed it in, it was invalid. When I chatted again, I was told that the % off was for specific items only. The email did not reflect this. I went ahead and placed my order because I had no other choice, I'm running out of time to get them here on time.
