I bought several times from them. Two first orders were perfect, it took couple of weeks to get to me, which is okay for shipping from China. One time the didn't add an eyeliner, and I didn't even noticed that when I got the order, until it came to me with a separate parcel, that was a nice surprise. The last order there was a problem with my credit card, so they couldn't send it, but that was mostly my bank's issue. I wish they had more variety of items, I would order more then.

I ordered a while ago, but it was pretty fast and smooth. They called for confirmation, delivered in a couple of days, the bag was proper quality. They don't have a lot of products on the website to choose though

Obviously, their size chart is wrong, cause the shoes I got were not even close to 37. The shoes quality is good, and the packaging was surprisingly nice. But I lost my money and was left with a pair of unneeded shoes, because the exchange in this shop is mission impossible.
No answer to calls or emails, just one day the courier called me saying he came to take my shoes back. Just to TAKE IT BACK, no exchange or refund instead. Strange & mysterious service, much better to go to their store than to buy online.

I placed the order, they called to confirm. On the third day the courier called saying he's coming to my house. Right after him I got a call from the store, saying that two of the items I ordered were not in stock. They discovered or decided to tell me that on the day of deliver, after confirming and packing? Had to send the courier back, cause the only item they sent me was cheaper than the delivery itself, so there was no point to order it online. Waste of time

I ordered once from them. Good quality, all same with the photos, and the packaging is very nice. They called to confirm the order, not many shops do that. And good that they have whatsapp support. So far the best customer service I got among local stores.
