I understand people say Goodman air and heating units are the cheaper brand but for people like me who doesn't have the money made it somewhat more affordable. I had it for a little over 5 years and the compressor died. Warranty was for only 5 years so I need to pay out of pocket. The Pat Walsh plumbing, heating and cooling company installed it and told me Goodman gives 10years warranty yet when called in, I wasn't even registered as a buyer and explained it was good for 5.1st, why didn't pat walsh let me know about the warranty and didn't register it. 2nd, did this company know it'll last only 5 years so it was warranted for that time only? 3rd, I hate how companies have a way about warranties so we the costumers get screwed over. I know I wouldn't purchase Goodman product again. So whomever is reading this, ask and know about the warranties. For a few more bucks for a better product is always a win. It's so sad the companies make cheap, crappy products that doesn't last like it used to. We give and complain yet thats all we can do. Glad your pockets get deeper.

It all sounded good and ligitamebt... all they did was take thousands of dollars to make a little presentation on a cd then say they will present it to companies. Ummmm they send you the work and I had to mail out the letters. Hundreds of them. As I'm doing this... I decided to look up the companies myself bc I'm doing all this work but it's the same old stuff and no results. Most of the companies they made me send my info to had nothing to do with my idea or they didn't exsist.
It was a major let down. I contacted news stations to try and seek some answers yet that was hard also. My mistake hopefully will help many of you with your ideas and not go with this company which just takes your money and nothing to show for! Really save your money from this site and just get it patent bc it's about the same price.
Do Not Make The Same Mistake As I Did!

1st it's cheap
2nd it's from China and sizes are way off
3rd they are the worst customer service
4th they didn't have the items I ordered yet no refund no credit nothing
So I didn't get all my order and they didn't do $#*! about it! I complained with bbb international and guess what they still didn't give a $#*! bc they in china! They suck and I lost money on the stupidest site ever!
You want cheap unfitted clothes then go ahead and order from them but guess what you probably won't even receive it!
This company needs to shut down!

They always send coupons to my house so I decided to use one for emission and inspection. They failed my inspection and wanted to charge me 1000s to get new tires and something with my axel and all these other issues that won't pass. My car was on the newer side plus I get regular check ups on m car along with oil changes. I left to get a 2nd opinion bc it didn't sound right. They still charged me separate for passing the emission which happens to be more then the coupon itself. When I got a 2nd opinion there was nothing wrong although he recommended I get new 2 tires but the wasn't bad enough to fail. They will rip u off! Never ever going there again. Just bc I'm a female they want to take advantage. Stay away from these crooks!

Their size chart is wrong. Their customer service is the worse! Haven't recieved and item yet they claim its shipped. Returned couple items and they recieved my package which I had to ship back on my expense and they still didn't give me store credit which I don't want store credit. The materials are so crappy and cheap. Clothes do not look anything like the pictures. One of the worse online shops ever! Don't even bother and save your money time and effort
