Wonderful, reliable supplier for my small jewelry business. Their web site is one o free best for being easy to navigate and to filter results. The quality is quite good, and they make returns easy if you don't like what you get. They aren't my go to place for super premium items, but even their C and D quality gemstones look very good.

Their pricing scale is quite different from other emailers - discounts are based on number of items, not retail value. Their are four prices for most items: a base price, a discount if you buy at least15 items in your order (any item - it doesn't have to be 15 of the same product), a deeper discount for 50 items and the deepest discount for 100. I can generally wait to place a large order to qualify for the best one. If I'm within 20 items or so, I just sort the site by price, and I can usually find something for $1, and just buy 20. That extra $20 has saved me hundreds off my total price, in the past.

The web site offers lots of great, free advice, including a fairly comprehensive "EncycloBEADia." Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they will spend time, via phone or online chat, to help with design and product selection.

I thought I had purchased a new laptop online, at a great price. What I didn't realize was that I hadn't purchased it, I had just reserved it. I didn't know that option even existed, and I don't understand why someone would even want to just reserve an item. Never seen that before, and I make a lot of online purchases, including from Best Buy. Out of stock, and they would not give me a rain check. I managed to convince the Customer Service rep to ask his supervisor to accommodate me (after he had said no four times), but he came back to say that the supervisor also said no. Not only wouldn't they give me a rain check for the sales price, they weren't willing to do ANYTHING to help - no discount, no putting aside one if it came in, nothing.

I would totally understand if I had just walked into the store today and tried to buy an item on sale that was sold out. But they acknowledged that I had made the reservation during the sale period.

I think this experience was terrible customer service. I even had to stand outside in line to get into the store, even though I was only picking up an online order.

Best Buy has lost me as a customer.

This is an edit of a previous review. The company FINALLY gave me a refund, through PayPal, for the items I returned. I got action from them because of my review on this site, and on TrustPilot.

The product quality is AWFUL! The sizes are much smaller than North American sizes. And while the designs are quite lovely, the fabric and fit are so poor, the fashions are just not wearable.

They make you pay the shipping to return the items, keep offering you credits instead of refunds, then say that their systems are down. They are just stalling, because Visa only reverses charges up to 120 day after transactions.

If you are having trouble getting a refund, use social media to get to them. They actually read the reviews.

And, lesson learned: I will never respond to another ad on Gmail or Google without first checking customer reviews. Also, beware of companies with very polarized reviews - all 1s and 5s. The reviews are likely fake.
