I booked with opodo awaiting confirmation. Theyd processed my payment and for some unknown reason rejected my payment. Then they tried to process it at a later time but got declined therefore cancelling my booking. Upon investigation with my bank I was advised the above and that I would need to wait 10 working days for the funds to be refunded back to my account. When trying to approach opodo several times I got hand balled to machines and waiting in lines unattended. Who even know if Ill be refunded at this stage because I keep getting told they never processed my card! Furious to say the least and will never recommend this service EVER! I want my money back! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!
