When confronted about not having a phone number their reason is because they don't want me to be put on hold. Lmfao. It's scary to depend on a company that I can't speak to.

“They have scammed me out of my money for an apartment that i didn't even rent. I am stuck in a hotel in the middle of nowhere and my bank won't return the money. I think that I have identity fraud from them, as well! Don't use them EVER!”
