Caravan had not been cleaned, carpets in bedroom had mould on, kitchen splash back and cooker had all food on them, mirrors and shower were filthy. We did complain and the cleaners did come back out but were really not interested.

Club room is tiny not suitable for disabled or babies. Dogs are supposed to be kept on leads and within 2 hours of being there a dog attacked ours no lead and no owner, reception said they would deal with it as they believed they knew who it was but we heard no more and this park is where their head office is also.

We only went for a long weekend, I am glad it was for no longer.
I ordered 4 doors and 3 out of the 4 were damaged. When trying to ring them and being on hold for over 30 minutes their website encourages you to fill in a form on there for returns or damages. 2 days later I receive an email saying thank you for your patience but it could take up to 5 working days to receive a response. Now I am on hold again currently at 36 minutes as I need replacement doors before Saturday to be fitted. I paid for next day delivery and now 5 days later I am stuck with damaged doors. CUSTOMER SERVICES SHOCKING!!
