I ordered a quad from EpicPlay via Ebay as a gift for my son. When the quad came it was broken. I reported it to EpicPlay who said they would send the parts for me to have it fixed. I explained I did not know what parts it needed as I did not know where within the quad the problem was, and I did not feel it was my place to have the quad fixed as I had bought the item new and it should never have come broken! EpicPlay then arranged for the quad to be collected by ParcelForce and said upon receipt they would issue a full refund. This did not happen! The quad was collected but I was given no proof of collection and EpicPlay denied ever having received the quad back and as I had no proof they refused me a refund! I had paid near on £150 fro this quad as a gift for my son who was so upset at the realisation he had been given a broken present he was so excited to ride but instead had to return. I am more upset as his mum having to see the sadness and disappointment on his face, utterly broke my heart! Obviously I assured him we would find him a new one once we had our money back but now I find myself expalining why he still, months late, has no present and will now not be getting a replacement quad for a while at least until I can afford it again! What a terrible thing you have done EpicPlay! You should be ashamed of yourself!
