On our order on 9/14/20 and they told me that our blinds will be ready on October 2,2020. We needed for
My home staging for sale of our home. I haven't heard any update from them and my property has been sold meanwhile, so I send couple of emails to cancel my order and also contacted their Rep about canceling my order and he told me within a couple of days we will hear from the company but so far I haven't heard anything from the company. Meanwhile I reported a complaint to the PayPal which I used it for payment and they responded to them that they will contact on 10/23 for the status. Their customer services are so bad that I had to wait on the phone couple of hours and no return responses from their customer email account. This is one of the worst experience I'm having from the retailer! SO BAD!
