I have had a terrible experience with Skyscanner. This company promotes lastminute.com which is a scammer. I bought tickets for my family. Everything seemed quite normal, I bought luggages for the whole travel and requested for special assistance. After the transaction completed I expected to receive a quick confirmation but I didn't receive any until I asked the next day. However, this confirmation was a disaster as it did not include baggage for inbound tickets. Moreover no confirmation of special assistance. I asked them to correct this. They told me that I have only paid for outbound luggages and not for inbound which is absolutely nonsense. I asked Skyscanner to help me but the only thing they did was to forward my complaint to lastminute.com and nothing else. I kept writing to both of these companies and the latter denies their responsibility. Due to possibility of fare increase by passage of time, I bought the same tickets and for the same dates from a reliable website. So at the moment I have paid twice for the same travel: once without any e-tickets and without the services I have paid for to lastminute.com and via Skyscanner and the other time with my genuine e-tickets. I am going to make a formal complaint against these two companies. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I should add that when I sent this review on trustpilot, someone called Martina replied by saying that my case is being dealt with by their colleague Neil and that I should ask him for assistance, this is nonsense as Neil has only forwarded my email to lastminute.com and has never responded to my repeated emails. So they in fact are collaborating with lastminute.com in emptying people's money!
