Site is new, seems domain was only registered at start of 2021, yet they advertise that they are closing and "giving away all of our last stock at its lowest price ever. Everything must go!" Also, along with closing they are also growing their business (WHAT?)... click on "Careers" tab where they state they are growing at an "exponential rate" and are hiring for a number of specific positions, but no info on where the company is located. There is an email address of *******@FineCraftPuzzles.com BUT when I sent an email asking for company info I received an odd email from a different email address (*******@gmail.com) sharing info about their shipping locations. I searched the *******@gmail.com email and found BBB customer reviews for stating the email is linked with other scam sites.
Bottom line, BEWARE! Always check out sites for yourself before placing an order.


BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH by this company! Move WILL cost much more than expected!

I was quoted for a 4 bedroom house move and received written confirmation for crew size of 4 movers@$194/hr. NOTE: Fact that quote is in writing does not appear to mean anything to this company. On day of move a crew of only 3 arrived and they were surprised that I was expecting 4. Crew was VERY nice, they called company and were told that they would try to send a 4th person... that never happened! Move took about 2 hours longer than expected due to being down one man. When it came time to pay, the company only discounted $30/hr for 1 less crew member, but I explained that $30 an hour did not compensate for the extra time required for 3 vs 4 to move a 4 bedroom house (exhausting work!). I was transferred to a manager, who reiterated the $30 per crew member discount policy and he would not budge on the price. In the end, between the frustration of dealing with the management of this company and the $200+ extra charge, I will never use this company again and would NOT recommend them!

Side note: I currently have a damage claim in the works with this company, which has been going well so far. Once that claim is completed, I will update this review to include and reflect the experience/outcome of this process.


Website does not require dealers/sellers to list 'Car Title' info like MANY other sites do. I found 2 cars from Eagle Auto on the cars.com webiste that fit my criteria, but when I reached out asking a few questions, including Clean Title?... I received a response to call for more info. This is frustrating when dealing with an online service! Soooo, I decided to ru the vin #'s and found that both cars were bought at auction, with one having a SALVAGED title and the other listing "Primary Damage; Front End... Secondary Damage: Biohazard/Chemical"! Oh my gosh! This type of info SHOULD 100% be listed in the ad!

UPDATE: Company has reached out to me twice asking me to change or remove my review due to fact that they are trying to improve their customer service and business processes. As a 95% online shopper, I rely on honest reviews, therefore I explained to them that I would not change or remove my review. Perhaps if they truly are able to turn things around within their business, more positive reviews will populate the internet. Proof of actual change is in the actions/outcomes. I did check reviews and I still see situations similar to mine posted, so time will tell.

Placed order 4/4/19 for bday gift and had it shipped directly to the recipient. Bday was not until 5/14, so I felt I was way ahead of the curve. NOT! I received a text message TODAY (6/6/19) that the item had been shipped! Oh my goodness! I called the company and was told, "Sorry, the item was out of stock." I questioned why I had not been sent an email with THAT information, and simply received a "Sorry". Will not order from this company again!


Ingrid was my phone contact person and she was very nice and quick to call me back when I left a message. They were able to get to my job within 48 hours of my initial contact. Johnny was the onsite lead and he answered all my questions and got to work right away.


I placed an online order for a deluxe bouquet and what arrived could have easily been made by me, an amateur at anything floral! The site claims to have a satisfaction guarantee, however I have a feeling I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I cannot get a response from sendflowers. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered through this company.
