In the age of two-day shipping for most sites, I found the shipping and handling time to be unacceptable. It took TWO weeks for me to receive my order. However, they earned their stars with packaging (they made sure my glass votives were really protected) and the quality of their candles. I will suck it up and endure the slow shipping because their products are really good.
