Tried to spend over $1500 with Bebe.com to buy gifts for Xmas. Was given 2 day shipment and the next day I recieve a tracking number for product to arrive Dec 21st. I look up the tracing numbers at FedEX and UPS and they did not exist. After several days of follow up I receive a new tracking number showing packages were not even shipped up til 2 days after when I was to receive delivery. 2 day shipping on the 23rd with delivery now coming on Dec 28th. Customer Support hung up on me today the first time I called today to show then the error in their communication and was given a supervisor who said she could do nothing for me... nothing after 15 years buying ALOT of product at my wifes favorite store.
