Ordered 4 bags on 16 November. Emailed on 26 November as no tracking number given to be told that the bags are 'out of stock' and I will be refunded in between 3-20 days! The bags are still being shown on the website - it will be extremely interesting to see if I do indeed get my money back - I am not holding my breath. Avoid them like the plague!
