Plain Long Sleeve Blazer was too small for the size requested and one button completely missed being threaded onto the material. Went back and forth with customer service. Each time someone else, each response was ambiguous with no clear path to resolution... i was told one of my options was to give the coat to someone and place another order with modest discount but was never given a clear path to do so... i believe there was a method of ambiguity and confused messaging in order not to deal with an unsatisfied customer... this was never resolved. Their complaint form did not work... their chat service did not work... i had to take a screenshot of the complaint form and send as an attachment... still, another service person with the same abstruse messaging.
