I had a $500 store credit from shop.ca that has disappeared from my account. Customer service told me there was a site upgrade and that they have no record, nor any way to recover any records, of store credit. I had tried to use this credit in 2016 to purchase items, but even after going through the checkout process, I was later notified that the items were out of stock. So, couldn't use the credit when I did have access to it, then wasn't even notified that the credit would disappear, and now it's gone. STAY AWAY.
