Not even 1star. I received the ring on March 25th 2020 then 4days later all the edges of the stones were cracked badly like broken glass. So I contact to customer service and they gonna shipping a new item. But since from April 8th my package is still in China facility that the origin where package from. So I email them several times and they keep saying same general answer because of COVID-19. But you know what?!! my other over sea packages from other merchandise never delayed. It's almost 2months passed and I worn thay ring maybe 2 times? I paid for what? nothing?? also their customer services is worst. If you email them to ask a question it takes about at least 2-3day either no answering back.
