I'm giving 1 star, ONLY because I need to give a star to provide the feedback. If there was a minus-star category, I'd choose that instead. Below is my last e-mail sent to Deal Ticker (one of many) in response to them telling me YET AGAIN that the merchant was out of stock (on a replacement order for a 2nd replacement order, if you can believe that...):

The merchant is out of order on this stock?
Is this really happening again? I've ordered exactly 3 times through your website, and twice I've been in this position now. In fact, this 2nd order that is also out of stock was only ordered as a result of credits that I was forced to take from my 1st order that I got screwed on.
This has got to be one of the most unprofessional websites I have ever dealt with. And I've worked in Quality Assurance for 15 years – I know what quality means. Once these 2 orders have been processed and are completed, and I actually get my money's worth, you can be sure I will never order from you again. Unfortunately, all I am being compensated for is the dollar amount – not the amount of time & frustration caused by your website and the merchants with which you associate.
Please don't send me anymore "apology" e-mails. Just get me my orders so I can finally be done with this.
