“Ridiculous Customer Service”

Worst company ever! I have never experience a company like this. Im surprise IKEA would allow them to use these guys. Customer support and their system is soooooo BAD. Avoid them at all cost. Beware do not book them for Ikea assembly.

Horrible. I signed up in a Canadian store than they sent me emails so I made a ordered. I got my shipment with dutie charges of 59.00 extra. I do not recommend buying for them on line. Customers services was no help...
