“Scam!”

I paid for tickets online then they called said tickets were not available they said tickets were not available they stand by tickets when I paid for them called back told me we have better seats refundable increase from $961.00 to $1098. 82 never received tickets nor receipts. Then Covid-19 hit I couldn't go on trip they refused to return money.
