If not, buyer beware! Two of three packages arrived. The third is in UPS ether. However, when you call to file an investigation with UPS, UPS explicitly states ONLY iGotOffer can do that. HOWEVER, when you go to their "customer service", they claim they cannot file such a claim. WHAT?! So, we're out of luck... and out of the products we shipped!
