I ordered a gothic maxi allowed dress from them and they sent short version. I contacted them several times Asking for a refund and where I could send it back. I sent a screen shot of my order, pics of the dress they sent to maxi I have and they will not get back to me! All I wanted was an address where to send it and my refund and I cannot seem to get ANYONE to get back with me. Poor customer service, been waiting over a week and now I am stuck with paying for something I will never wear! Just wanting to warn you all!
