I never had a worse experience than I have with the Cheapoair website, NoOne answering questions, and their agent working across the world with a disaster accent that I don't even understand them and their voice is cutting off and just passing you to another agent. I hate myself in this situation to deal with unprofessional ppl. They keep changing my flight and they don't have any answers. I'm waiting on the phone for over 75 minutes, see the pic attached
