“Terrible Customer Service and poor quality courses - SCAM”

I started a trial for my company. The courses are old dated and poor quality. We cancelled a week into the trial.
A few days ago I'm looking at my card statement and see a charge from them for $99. I emailed them and they refuse to refund.
Scammers! Will talk to my lawyer hoping something can be done.
