Horrible company. I ordered an item after I received it I realized its different that what they said. I returned it. Instead of refunding me they charged my credit cards for the second time. Its been over 4 month that I am going back and forth with them and they have not refund the money. I called the credit card company but Jeulia fabricated story and they dont refunded my money

Is your order a bracelet and is the order No 101707887? If yes, please double check your PayPal account or with your bank. The payment was already given back to you in March.
