I buy i pad mini before 5 years and forget the inclaud password, either the backup email.
I communicate apple support and unfortunately nothing solved cause I didn't keep my invoice with me for 5 years!, this website ask me charge $28 after that $32 cause I don't have the invoice of my i pad mini, to open the i cloud lock, after 6 days their answer: ( we can't solve your problem if you dont have to recipt of invoice).
They reject to refund the money with fake excuses
Now I'm trying to get my money back from them
