The communication is the key to make the online company success.
I am long time customer with Angolz, it used to be my first pick online toyshop.
Recently their communication become very sucky. No people manage to return customer email, it makes customer very frustrated. They ask full payment on pre-order items, and no people reply email about your ordering, or take a very long time to reply.
If they continue with this poor communication, I believe they will not survive. Becareful about the pre-payment... concern that the company will close down soon...
