This person Mr. Emmanuel Luabeya is a fraud and running a fraud company Elmanto World Travel in France. In our visit to France we unfortunately went to his office to get a ticket but this person charged us 5 times more just for a taxi booking and when we denied he simply threatened us with our life. Not only that the guy was very well built so we had to escape from there for our life.
